5. Reseller pricing and customer relationships

Where permitted under the applicable reseller arrangement, resellers may set their own retail price and manage their own customer relationships. Resellers are responsible for accurately representing their own prices, customer terms, support arrangements and any taxes or charges that apply to their business.

6. Content and service availability

Channel line-ups, programmes, films, series, sports, features, applications, device compatibility, streams and other content may change, be unavailable or be removed without notice. Availability can vary by location, device, application, network, supplier and technical conditions. No specific channel, event, programme or feature is guaranteed to remain available.

7. Internet and device requirements

The service depends on a suitable internet connection and compatible equipment or applications. Performance can be affected by internet speed, local networks, Wi-Fi quality, device capability, third-party applications and other factors outside our control.

8. Lawful use

Users and business partners are responsible for using the service lawfully and in accordance with any applicable local laws, regulations, third-party rights and contractual obligations. DTV International must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorised redistribution, abuse, fraud, interference with systems or any activity that may harm the service or third parties.

9. Accounts and access

Account credentials, panels, access links, codes and other access details must be kept secure and may not be misused or shared contrary to the applicable commercial arrangement. 10. Payments, refunds and cancellations

Payment terms, cancellation rights and any refund entitlement will depend on the relevant product, invoice, reseller agreement and applicable law. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, purchasing credits or services does not create a right to a refund simply because credits remain unused or a reseller has not yet sold them.

11. No guaranteed earnings

Revenue and margin examples are illustrative only. Actual reseller performance depends on pricing, customer acquisition, renewals, operating costs, market conditions and other factors. Cherry Networks Ltd does not guarantee any level of sales, profit, recurring income or customer retention.

12. Intellectual property

The DTV International name, website design, branding, graphics, text and other materials owned by Cherry Networks Ltd may not be copied, modified or used for commercial purposes without permission, except where expressly supplied for authorised reseller use.

13. Third-party services

The service may rely on or interact with third-party networks, applications, devices, payment providers, hosting services or other suppliers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions or failures caused by third parties beyond our reasonable control.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cherry Networks Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data or losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control.
